We want to provide the best possible service for our clients.
They expect the best, so we have to make sure that all staff are qualified to the highest standards.
All employees dealing with financial planning clients will need to become Diploma qualified within a suitable timescale. Once they have achieved this they are then expected to work their way to Chartered Status.
We provide training materials, pay for exams, give study days to revise and provide membership for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), which enables us to maintain our Chartered Financial Planners accreditation.
Working with the CII ensures that we attain the most up-to-date knowledge and qualifications.
Employees that are involved in other aspects of the business are provided with the same high quality training for their position, and will also be expected to be able to give our clients an exceptional service.
