Simon Booth
Chief Executive Officer
Simon Booth
Simon founded Foresight in 1998 and was originally a full-time Wealth Strategist. These days his job as CEO sees him spending his time guiding the company forward and enabling it to grow.
He spends his time outside work trying to keep fit, interspersing that with regular trips to the theatre and travelling abroad. He has also been known to get dirty with pottery and even tried stand-up comedy.
Ben Dyson
Princial Wealth Strategist
Ben Dyson
Ben considers himself to be the hardest worker in the room. He is our Principal Wealth Strategist with a love of all things related to financial planning and investments, and is a Fellow in both disciplines.
His love for his job is intertwined with his personal life. When his nose isn’t stuck in a book or annual report, he is out and about with his family or possibly struggling to get around the padel court. The professional sports days are long gone!
Greg Blease
Wealth Strategist
Greg Blease
Greg is one of our Wealth Strategists. He has achieved the prestigious status of Chartered Financial Planner, not once, but twice over!
Greg’s passions outside work are football and travelling. He plays competitive football, sometimes scoring multiple goals in a game, or so he tells us! His travelling has taken him to several countries in Asia & Africa recently, and he spent two years in Australia.
Damian Zukowski
Client Manger & Compliance Specialist
Damian Zukowski
Damian is one of our most experienced Client Managers and works closely alongside Greg Blease. He has a strong interest in compliance and investments and is always brimming with ideas to help improve the business.
Outside of work, Damian proudly embraces his geeky side, he enjoys playing wargames, competing in martial arts, and organising his life around his wife’s travel ideas.
Lorraine Marr
Head of Finance
Lorraine Marr
Lorraine is our Head of Finance and makes sure that we are on top of our figures and finances at all times. She is very popular, as she also sorts the payroll!
Outside work, Lorraine’s two boys keep her busy, but she still makes time to keep fit. She loves travelling and is now addicted to extreme day tripping, with Barcelona and Marrakesh the latest on her list.
Mark Hughes
Head of Operations
Mark Hughes
Mark is our Head of Operations, making sure that everything works smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside work, Mark can be found on the sideline supporting his daughter’s football team or on the padel court with friends.
He is an avid football fan and for his sins supports Manchester United!
Charles Whittaker

Charles Whittaker
Charles is a Client Manager who works with Ben Dyson and his team.
Outside of work, Charles stays active by playing football. He enjoys travelling, looking to explore new destinations whenever possible when he is not socialising with family and friends
Holly Henderson
Financial Administrator
Holly Henderson
Holly is the Administrator on Ben Dyson’s team. She is very organised and makes sure that everything moves along smoothly and quickly.
Outside work, Holly likes to do Pilates and is also a keen padel player. She loves socialising with her friends and family, especially going out for dinner!
Mike Barnes
Wealth Strategist
Mike Barnes
Michael is one of our Wealth Strategists, having worked financial planning for a number of years, after initially studying law. He is on track for achieving Chartered status in the very near future.
Outside work, Michael’s time is divided between raising his daughter and enjoying his sport. He manages to find time for golf, cycling and running, with his first marathon scheduled for later in 2026.
Thomas Filby

Thomas Filby
Thomas is a Client Manager on Ben Dyson’s team, helping to provide a smooth and efficient service for their clients.
He has a particular passion for sport, especially football, which Thomas plays regularly, whilst also supporting his “local” team, Peterborough United. Thomas also enjoys hiking and exploring new places, with recent travels to Thailand, Netherlands and Scotland’s amazing landscapes.

Dan is a Wealth Strategist and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, reflecting his strong technical knowledge and commitment to high professional standards. He prides himself on building long-term client relationships and delivering clear, well-considered financial advice that helps clients feel confident about their financial future.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys staying active through basketball, padel and golf, and is never happier than when fishing, particularly when it can be worked into a holiday. A keen traveller, he is on a mission to visit every country in Europe with his girlfriend
Josh Lenihan

Josh Lenihan
Joshua is a Senior Wealth Strategist at Foresight and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. He advises business owners, senior professionals, and families, helping them plan, invest, and manage their wealth over the long term. Joshua is involved in shaping the firm’s wider proposition and investment thinking and is known for giving clear, practical advice.
Outside of work, he enjoys golf, running, and padel, and travelling with his fiancée, Sarah, most recently to Vietnam.

Lissa is our Chief Operating Officer. She works alongside Simon to develop and implement the strategies that enable the business to move forward, keeping the team accountable and nurturing a great company culture.
Outside of work her life is busy, planning for the weekly trips to the theatre for plays, gigs and talks. She is also quite the travel expert, constantly researching for cultural get aways..
Lissa is also a Bibliophile, often having 3 books from different genres on the go, but won’t be moving to the Darkside with a Kindle any time soon.
Callum Kingsley-Rivans

Callum Kingsley-Rivans
Callum is a Client Manager on Josh Lenihan’s team, helping him to provide excellent levels of service. Callum is currently working towards his financial planning exams and intends to be one of the youngest to pass the exams.
Outside work, Callum loves playing football and training mixed martial arts (MMA), but loves Manchester United even more.

South African by birth, sports fan by nature, Damiene keeps Mike Barnes’ team running smoothly behind the scenes, bringing precision, enthusiasm, and a firm belief that Client Managers deserve beer breaks too.
Julie Waddington

Julie Waddington
Julie is one of our Financial planning Administrators. She brings a wealth of experience to the business and a level head at all times.
Julie is passionate about sailing, particularly racing, competing in the UK and abroad. She grows her own produce, saying that her home-grown blueberries are delicious. She also loves travelling, with her last holiday being to the Greek island of Skiathos.
Alasdair Owens

Alasdair Owens
Alasdair is a Client Manager on Michael Barnes’ Team. He has considerable experience in financial services, having worked as an Administrator and Paraplanner for over 8 years. His aim is to progress in to advising in the next few years
Outside work Alasdair is an American Football fan, being a coach in Salford and also a qualified national and international referee. His secret Santa gift at Christmas was a set of Pom Poms, but we have yet to see him use them!
Joseph Lawlor

Joseph is a Client Manager on Joshua Lenihan’s team. He is Diploma qualified and currently focused on his studies as he works towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.
Outside work, Joseph can be found strumming his guitar or playing tennis. He is also an avid football fan supporting Wolverhampton Wanderers!

Izzi is an Administrator on Greg’s team, playing an important role in keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Izzi has a passion for music and enjoys concerts and live events. Her favourite concert was Elton John at Glastonbury in 2023, especially when he brought on Brandon Flowers (the singer from Killers) – Izzi’s favourite band! Her ambition is to go to Coachella one day.

Sharon is the Foresight Receptionist. She is the smiling face that welcomes you when you visit the office and makes sure that your experience is faultless. She has a wealth of experience, including over eighteen years in the Public Relations industry.
Outside work, Sharon has three boys who keep her busy but fill her life with lots of fun. She is an ardent Manchester United season ticket holder, supporting her team from the Stretford End. She also enjoys street dance classes and playing both tennis and padel.
