A work life balance is essential.

A work-life balance is at the heart of what we want, and is essential for the team’s well-being, which is why we finish at 3pm on Fridays.

We provide the option of flexible working and working from home, although we find the team prefer to work in the office because it is such a great environment.

We provide breakfast every day, serve great coffee and have a fabulous, modern office environment. We are in the heart of Hale and are a 5-minute walk from Altrincham which is great for grabbing a bite to eat or shopping and has been voted one of the best places to live in Britain.

Having fun while working is important at Foresight.

We have many activities throughout the year: A Foresight summer day out, Foresight Christmas Day, team nights out, ad hoc social media days (the fun ones) such as National Cocktail Day, competitions and going to the pub with your colleagues after work. There is even a pool table in the office where you can have a game to let off steam or join in the tournaments.
