We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for two awards in the 2023 Money Marketing Awards. Josh Lenihan has been shortlisted for Financial Adviser 2B – for future generation advisers, and we have also been shortlisted for our Quantum Academy as the Best Adviser Academy.
This is great confirmation of the importance that Foresight places on creating an environment where our team has the opportunity and encouragement to continuously develop. This not only benefits our clients, who can be even more confident in the advice and service they receive, but also for the longer-term careers of our colleagues.
For Josh, this is the second award nomination of 2023, following on from his nomination for the Professional Adviser Young Achiever of the Year Award, and hot on the heels of him becoming both a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
We have developed The Quantum Academy as our in-house training academy to develop the knowledge and expertise of our colleagues. We are delighted that it is now getting the recognition it deserves in the profession through the prestigious awards that Money Marketing operates.
