Alasdair Owens

Meet Alasdair Owens

Alasdair joined Foresight in the middle of last year as one of our Client Managers, working with Damiene Mitchell in Michael Barnes’ Team. Alasdair brings over eight years’ experience in financial services to the team, having previously worked in paraplanning and administration roles at other practices. Alasdair has developed a detailed, behind-the-scenes understanding of how high-quality financial advice is built and brings both depth and enthusiasm to our team.

He is passionate about ensuring that our clients’ recommendations are well structured, easy to understand, and aligned with their personal goals, qualities that sit at the heart of good financial planning.

Alasdair has a clear ambition to progress into a financial adviser role and is continually developing his knowledge and skills through exams and experience to support our clients in achieving their financial goals.

Outside the office, Alasdair channels the same commitment and discipline into coaching American football in Salford. Coaching at this level demands leadership, teamwork, and the ability to motivate others, skills that translate naturally into working with clients and supporting colleagues. It also reflects his calm, measured approach under pressure and his ability to see the bigger picture while focusing on individual strengths.

We are delighted to have Alasdair as part of the Foresight team and look forward to clients benefiting from his experience, professionalism, and positive energy in the years ahead.
