Vacancy – Receptionist/Admin person

Up to £25K pa, depending on experience.
 
Foresight Wealth Strategists has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Admin person to join our growing team. 
 
As one of the leading financial planning practices in the North-West, we are looking for someone who will be able to provide our clients with an unrivalled front of house customer experience.
 
Our clients are successful business owners and professionals who are used to receiving excellent service, and we want to make sure that a visit to our offices or a call to our company makes our clients smile.
 
This role will suit someone who is both confident and organised, with a welcoming manner and an eye for detail.  As you will be the first point of contact when answering the phone or welcoming visitors,  you need to be confident with a welcoming manner and an eye for detail.
 
What you will do:
 
Greet visitors when they come to the office.
Manage the appearance of the meeting rooms and office
Provide visitors with a friendly and attentive service
Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls
 
We will also need you to do other administrative jobs when there are no clients at the office, such as:
 
Opening, scanning and filing all inbound mail
Organising and processing outbound mail
General housekeeping duties
Admin duties for the team
 
 
Skills required:
Polite and friendly manner
Eye for detail
Organisational skills
IT skills
Good level of English spelling and grammar
Team player

Working hours:
9:00 – 5:00 Monday to Thursday
9:00 – 3:00 Friday
20 days holiday in Year 1, 25 days thereafter + Bank Holidays + Christmas Period + Birthdays off
